400 ml mixed seeds
200 ml boiling water,
100 ml polenta,
50 ml infused oil
pinch of finishing salt
Method
1. Mix all the dry ingredients
2. add oil and boiling water, mix
3. Let it stand for 10 min
4. roll out between baking paper
5. sprinkle with your finishing salt
6. Bake in the oven at 160 until golden (approximately 25 – 35 mins).
