40ml Almave Ambar

20ml Botivo

25ml Lime juice

15ml Agave

2 dashes of spiced Sussex

finishing salt

 Method

Combine all ingredients and shake with ice.

Rub glass with lime, then rim salt

Double strain into glass.

Add ice if desired.

Garnish with lime wheel
