Whipped ricotta with spiced Sussex hot honey

400g ricotta

2 cloves of Confit or roasted garlic

½ lemon juice and zest

Salt

50g Honey

50g Spice Sussex hotsauce

Small bunch parsley (chopped)

Method

  1. In a blender, blend ricotta, garlic and juice till smooth and season with a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix hot sauce, honey and parsley.
  3. Add whipped ricotta to a bowl and make a well in the middle, pour over hot honey 

and enjoy with bread, crackers and crudités
